Catalog prices are for the displayed designs. Subscription placement size and materials are specified in your care quote. Lighted, delicate or indoor tribute décor may require a covered setting or an alternative design approved by the cemetery.

Monthly visits

12 scheduled visits per year. Pay monthly, every three months or annually for the same agreed visit schedule.

Quarterly seasonal visits

Four visits per year. Choose seasonal refreshes or meaningful dates. The four-visit service is quoted separately.

Annual or one-time visit

One scheduled remembrance visit, or a single care or occasion placement when you need it. No recurring enrollment required.

Starting totals below retain one visit each month. They show the same base rate billed at different intervals, without a prepaid discount.

Quarterly billing covers three monthly visits; it does not mean a quarterly visit schedule. Annual billing covers 12 monthly visits. Location, applicable tax, specialty upgrades and additional visits are confirmed in the written quote before enrollment. Four-visit and single-visit plans have their own quoted prices.

Thoughtful care at the gravesite.

Routine care at each visit

Check access and follow cemetery placement rules.
Remove loose leaves and litter from the immediate memorial area where permitted.
Remove spent arrangements only with family authorization and cemetery permission.
Lightly tidy the immediate placement area.
Place and secure the chosen arrangement using permitted methods.
Send photo confirmation and note any visible concern that needs attention.

Optional headstone cleaning

Cleaning is assessed and quoted separately. We first check the marker's material, condition and cemetery permissions. Where suitable, cleaning uses a small test area, clean water, soft brushes and a material-appropriate gentle cleaner, followed by thorough rinsing.

We do not use wire brushes, bleach, harsh acids or high-pressure washing. Fragile, unstable or badly deteriorated markers require specialist assessment. We do not promise a like-new finish or perform repairs, resetting, engraving or structural restoration as part of routine care.

Cleaning is performed when appropriate to the marker, rather than automatically at every monthly visit.

Tell me about your loved one.

A favorite color. A meaningful symbol. A memory that makes you smile. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. At every care level, the details you provide guide each placement. You can also simply choose colors and embellishments without sharing a personal story.

Sharing your personal story is optional and does not enroll you or authorize a charge. Cemetery name and full location are required so we can review cemetery rules before confirming delivery or placement.

Can I pause or cancel?

There is no long-term contract. Pause or cancel before your next renewal to stop future renewal charges. We confirm the next billing date and how to contact us in writing before enrollment. A pause also pauses scheduled visits.

What if I prepaid quarterly or annually?

Unused visits that have not been performed are refundable when you cancel. Completed visits and separately approved custom items already produced remain payable. Your written quote explains the allocation of visit and custom-item charges before you prepay.

Can I choose a design above my plan's collection?

Yes. Essential clients can request Signature or Premier options, and Signature clients can request Premier options. We explain the upgrade charge, size and materials for your approval before purchase. No upgrade is charged without your approval.

Are special embellishments available at every level?

Yes. Every family can choose colors and request meaningful symbols or embellishments. Simple details are included within the agreed plan scope; specialty materials, intricate work and premium designs may add a quoted charge.

Does requesting care start a subscription?

No. The request helps us confirm the cemetery, preferred schedule, design and permissions. Enrollment and payment follow only after you approve the written quote and terms.

What about travel, weather and cemetery restrictions?

We confirm service availability and any location charge in your quote. Our standalone local-delivery standard is $150 plus $0.76 per roundtrip road mile from our dispatch location in ZIP 30294; the care quote states whether travel is included or separately charged. Weather, cemetery access and placement restrictions may require an agreed alternate date or design.
